Short version: I will surely recommend 911 remediation to friends and family. While replacing old heater we saw the back walls all messed up with black molds. A technician suggested me to fix first before installing new unit and recommended ‘Clearway restoration’ which he said got good reviews from his customers with similar issues. Clearway turns out to be 911 remediation or 911restoration. Quite frankly I had some doubt with the many names confusion but decided to get an estimate anyway. I was able to get appointment same day, Tomer showed up promptly, friendly and professional and gave an estimation. I called a few local companies and showed them pictures and the estimate seemed reasonable. I was trying to get insurance company to pay for but was denied, but the adjuster told me the estimation from 911restoration look quite honest — he had seen everything. So I confirmed my time and team showed up all professional and nice. They set up enclosure carefully to avoid affecting other part of house, removed all infested drywalls — a tedious work — and started the dehumidifier machines. Looking at they work I understood why I need to pay for professionals. Long story short, after 3 days of running dehumidifier machine technician came in and fixed the drywall. I mean they are not joking about ‘restoring’. Joseph took the job with pride to restore wall with matching texturing and paint and did a great job at that. I was one happy customer.

Tomer Ezra arrived immediately after my condo was flooded from the unit above mine. He was timely, thorough and did a really great job. I recommend Tomer Ezra at 911 Remediation whenever remedial water damage mitigation work needs to be done.

Had a pipe burst in kitchen, flooding my kitchen, Living room and hallways. I called this company and they were at my door within 30 minutes. They have extracted all the water swiftly and set up drying equipment all throughout, including a special machine to save my Maple hardwood floors. Super professional restoration company!

There are several methods for detecting mold growth behind walls. The first indicator is that you can smell something but not see it. It has a musty odor that indicates mold is growing. Thus, mold has an earthy scent similar to rotting leaves or decaying wood. The stain on an interior wall and base molding are essential to spot this area. On the other hand, wall darkening is a sign of visible mold. Finally, wet drywall is another warning sign. Mold will begin to appear on the surface of the water, and the interior border damage will continue.
Water damage restoration is a method that can help deal with various issues caused by the accumulation of water. Aside from these, it also involves removing the smell from the air and restoring sanitation.
Firstly, you must act fast! Water damage can lead to mildew and black mold infestation in only 48 hours. It is imperative that you get the damage restoration process moving as quickly as possible.
Water damage happens when there are leaking pipes, clogged toilets, broken dishwasher or sink, and when flood water rushes into your homes or property. The appearance of mold, mold odor, and wet spots or puddles, are some of the signs to lookout for. Also, you can check if parts of the wall in your homes are flaking or cracking. Look for the sound of a running or dripping water and also check for a creaking sound of tiles on the floor. Generally, it takes three days or 72 hours for water to disappear. The drying out process depends on several factors like: size of the house or property and floor materials. For bigger areas in your home, the drying out process will be longer so it will be best to contact an expert for immediate repair.
