We had a pipe leak in the wall of our kitchen & family room. SERVPRO removed & cleaned out the extensive moldy & damaged area that included removing 1/2 of the side of our kitchen and family room..cupboards, flooring and drywall. We were so impressed with the work Dave Stratton & his helpers. He was very professional, saw to every detail, explained everything, was very kind & compassionate. He made a horrible experience of water damage somewhat bearable. We highly recommend him & SERVPRO for whatever damage anyone needs to resolve. And, he worked well with our insurance company. Residential self pay estimates are $150. That includes an inspection and a written estimate. When you hire us to perform services we apply the $150 towards your bill. We provide estimates for water damage, fire damage, remediation, Covid-19 cleaning, decontamination and other cleaning projects. Please contact us for more information.
Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.
