Bad experience with manager Jeff and a young girl who worked last night, both very rude, for 3 years buying in this store. and 20 years as a client of the panda and I have never felt humiliated like today.

I went to buy food and I was waiting for my order at 7:30pm, I asked if my food was ready after waiting for 20 minutes and there was a female worker who didn’t have her name on her shirt and she got very angry when I asked for my order. The manager Jeff was there and the female worker told Jeff about the accident and they laughed at me, afterwards they didn’t give me any reason why the order was taking so long. When my food was about to be ready, a cashier offered me a cup for water and the female employee who was rude to me told him that i didn’t deserve it. All of this made me feel sad and unwanted because I didn’t do anything to deserve to be treated this and bullied this way.

They close at 10.30 PM 7.45 I went in no chow main they told me 5 minutes no problem ask if there is bijin beef another 10 minutes the only thing they have broccoli beef and orange chicken the manager and the cook I guess watching cross street the accident and maybe 6 or 7 people waiting for someone prepare the food I will never go this panda Express any more there service is socks
