Almost everyone who works there is a liar. The AC broke after about 1.5 months. Every time I complained, they would claim to fix it. It wasn’t until I put in a maintenance request every single day for a week straight that they finally admitted that the AC was broken. They still took another week to repair. That lasted 3 days then it broke again. They claimed that someone touched the line. I don’t understand what that means or why that prevented them from repairing the AC. The pool needed repairs. Instead of repairing, they shut the pool down and pretended that they are in the process of repairing. My fridge leaked every day and I couldn’t keep food in the bottom drawers. Every time I requested that they replaced the fridge. All they would do is unplug my fridge so my food would spoil and tell me to put in an insurance claim. I finally moved out. They gave me an estimate of the repairs/clean up costs. The guy said that this is the max that they would charge, but they shouldn’t charge me $200 for the tub repair because nothing is wrong with the tub. They charged me everything. Do not sign the estimate unless you agree to every cent on the estimate. When the AC was functioning, I had no control over the temperature and the front office said that it is because the ax is old and I should turn off the AC when I become too cold at 2AM. The sink would randomly clog in the bathroom even though I was gone for the weekend. People allow their dogs to pee in the elevator and not clean up. The apartment does nothing to control dogs that bark late at night. There was a leak from the apartment above me. The apartment ran dehumidifiers in my apartment 24 hours a day for a week straight and did not reimburse forms for the electricity used. They are scam artists. It is cheaper to rent a long term Airbnb. Trust me. The apartment does nothing to prevent people who are not handicap from using the disabled parking spots.

I want to give a big shoot out to Jose, he is always friendly. I was picking up a package this morning, and he was working on the landscape, pulling the dead roses. This is the reason why I love this place, the landscape is always well kept, individuals like Jose with his contagious smile, makes it worth staying here again and again. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly along with the guys that have serviced my apartment needs, Saul, and Christian. I have not experienced any major issues since I signed my 1st lease in 2018.

DO NOT RENT ANY APARTMENT ON THIS PLACE!!!!!! If you do you will regret it!!!! The most horrible experience I ever had to encounter! I lived there for a year but trust me when I tell you I felt like I was going to go crazy! It does looks nice and peaceful but I assure it is NOT!!!! First night was okay since I was so tired I couldn’t hear my neighbors on the 3rd floor, so I called the office and it seem like they did something, but nope I was never able to have a peaceful night there! But that wasn’t the main problem there was roaches in there! A lot of them! I called the office as soon as I first found out they did send some one but the problem wasn’t solve! I called them again but they didn’t do anything about it until I send them an email notifying them I was going to end my lease, then I told them the AC unit was leaking and they took their sweet time I called them few times but nothing, of course after they received my second email that’s when they decided to call me back! I was so unhappy in this place and when I thought the nightmare was finally over (thankfully my lease was over) now I’m getting a bill of 600+ dollars! They are the worse people ever! Worse apartments! Please do yourself a favor and do not rent anything here! I found out that other people had roaches in their apartments too... and they are waiting for the lease to be over since they hate that place as much as I do! Trust me you will hate it there! Expensive and not worth it!

I had to give them a single star to write my review. Stayed here for a year and i feel happy that we did not continue to stay here, From the day we started to live in Terrace there could be some or the other issue in the apartment or in the building, *The apartment may be spacious but it also home for roaches, you never know when u encounter them in your house. even after keeping you house clean and tidy. *Air conditioner does not work and it almost take 1 and half month to get it replaced and when you call in the office to inquire about it they have no idea when will the issue be resolved. *Most of the time elevator are down and for services. * About laundry please find a near by coin laundry so that u need not have to depend on the apartment Laundry. they have two washer and dryer on each floor but you never know when they are out off service. * Garage are bit scary , water can leak from no where all off sudden. * Office staff 1 or 2 will give you proper reply or else most of them will be rude thinking them self the boss of the company. I am also happy that i never referred a friend or else she will be cursing me. So please think about other apartment other then Terrace Apartment. thy have low rating and native review from long time , but seems no change in there work.
