The park owners take very good care of the property whenever there's snow or ice it is taken care of extremely quickly in the spring potholes are filled the people that live in the park are very nice and cordial I'm very happy that I live here

My Husband & I have lived here for 10 years and love it! We have not seen or heard of any crimes or drug activity going on! Our Neighbors look out for each other & we are there for each other in times of need! We love it here!
Public schools there are Dixie heights high school and Turkeyfoot middle. The closest private schools are Mary Queen of heaven and St. Henry on Donaldson road.
Not sure you would have to call the office...I know they have a few empty lots rent ranges from $340-355 depends on lot size....nothing is included you pay all your own utilities

The city of Erlanger would govern the limit of animals...I think it's 2 dogs not sure would have to call the city building..the schools are River Ridge, Turkeyfoot and Dixie High School ...the lot rent for the large lots is $355 and I think the smaller lots are 10 or 15 fillers cheaper.....the animals dogs/cats are Not allowed to run loose and are not to be left out if you are not home they must be inside animals.
Lot rent is $335 or $345 (depending on the lot). There are no trailers for rent.
Colonial Manor doesn't rent homes, only the lots.
