i wish i could leave zero stars but not an option. my grandmother is in there and there’s dried urine on the floor bed sores and she was sitting in the cafeteria alone when i came in today no one bothering to feed her. you would think after all the bad reviews left they would atleast try to fix it. i will be reporting this bc that is ridiculous.

I would leave no stars if that were possible. FILTHY rooms, filthy beds, they don't clean rooms while patients stay (gloves and wash cloths thrown on the floor) , they hardly change patients diapers, give them one little sheet so they freeze, serve rotten food, and do not give good care to patients who are unable to speak for themselves. If you love your family members at all DO NOT send them here!!

No stars for Villa Springs but that's not an option when posting a review. My husband's 84 year old aunt was there for 2 weeks to rehab from hip surgery before we had her removed and taken directly to St. E. The staff at the hospital and from her previous facility of residence were horrified by her condition. I don't know how this place is still open. No one in the building talks to each other. They were out of towels on the entire 2nd floor. All of her clothes were dirty. Bed sores, bruises, lack of communication, lack of care. She hadn't been there 24 hours and her room was flooded because a staff member left a towel in her sink with the faucet running overnight. Didn't notice until the next morning. I could go on. It's just so sad that a building full of people don't care.

Worst place on earth I'd rather someone send me to hell before here. My grandma is a resident they never giver her any of her medication on time. I asked for her medicine for pain and a half hour later still nothing so I asked again half hour later still nothing and when I went to the nurses station and their all laughing talking and joking like 6 or 7 of them doing nothing. They then left her in a dirty diaper for 3 hours and dirty cloths for several days lucky my mother went up and checked on her today because she was in a dirty diaper with a blistering rash and untreated hemorrhoids and her roommate said my grandma was in the diaper for 3 hours so God knows how long she would have sat their if she didn't show up. Then her roommate called for them because she was stuck on the toilet and a half hour later no one helped her poor woman had to help herself and could have fell. The floors in their room are so dirty I stick to them no one is ever manning the entrance and always claim they are short staffed which is ridiculous because you could have it work if you all where not standing around joking. I seen a patient being wheeled around with several stitches if I could give this review -100 I would.
