Hi Carlotta, The Trenton store is currently only used for sales and PDI inspection service for sales and RV Parts. They do not have a public dump station there at this time. The old store in New Miami is where all the after-sales service and warranty work is currently being done. You can reach the New Miami store at 513-863-7000 ex304 or ex225.

Ron is correct. It is whatever you are comfortable with. We wear our masks regardless because of our travels.. We have dealt with them a few times now, before and after covid and they are great. We have picked up a few trailers and delivered them from there. Easy to deal with.

A cording to Cardinal, Couch still is an authorized dealer. You may have to contact him directly to ask. They hace also moved to a new location, whicj is just up the road i believe. Good luck.

I had a used 1 before i bought new. If youre really interested in buying, they have a large selection and we saved thousands! They do not have rentals either.
