This was my first time trying West African cuisine, and I must say it was really good, the fufu balanced out the spice in my spinach stew, I was not ready for the fish in it but it was amazing, I also tried the goat, that is a acquired taste, I did not like it that much, Great meal Trinity Diner

Great food! Unprofessionally managed!! Business is closed at will on days they are supposed to be open. Repeatedly! This is not ok!! A business is also accountable to their customers and owes consumers the responsibility of being open for business. Especially on days the said business stipulated they will be open for business!! Customers drive a long way to get to your business, courtesy dictates you be there when they arrive. Simple. Or close down if you can’t manage your business properly!!!
