Items are donated but the prices keep going up up up. It is to the point you can go to walmart or dollar store and get new for same price or cheaper. Puzzles used to be a good deal. I would buy them and then donate them back to resell. Since the prices are so high now for puzzles that you dont even know if they are all there i wont buy anymore and will give mine away rather than donate anymore.

Yes people I know the money goes for a good cause but these stores are a rip off. Used pans priced what you can buy them for new. Shoes $8 with no laces. Things for $5 that used to be a buck.

Need to reopen your changing rooms and fix your AC. Things aren't well organized, but charity shops never are. Prices are up about a dollar an item. I assume that's inflation. Still plenty of selection and affordable on my budget.

Upping prices on brand name items is ridiculous. Won’t be back until someone fixes that.

They have a ton of various discount most days of the month; too many to list here. Discounts may be on a particular type of item (clothing, toys, wares, etc.), and they sometimes have 50% off for those over 50. You can go to their website to view the current calendar or sign up for email alerts for discounts.
No..just regular business hours. And no Furniture
Goodwill is currently accepting drop off donations, but not any furniture. I was just there a few days ago & they have contactless drop-off for donations of small appliances, clothing, books, toys, etc., except furniture at this time The employees come out, remove the filled bins & replace with empty bins. If it's raining I would suggest placing everything in plastic bags so nothing gets wet due to rain. The bins are out only during their current operation hours. Last I saw they were open to 7 pm during the week. Do not drop-off furniture or other donations while Goodwill is closed. The City of Fairfield will fine them. If Rumpke is your refuse provider, let them know in advance & they will have an extra person for your regular refuse pickup day. Anything with cushion must be wrapped in plastic - use plastic mattress covers from the Dollar Tree & duct tape or packaging tape.
Yes if its a service dog
I don't work for them nor would I have any clue you are asking the wrong person why don't you contact them and ask them. We don't shop at stores like this but we definitely donate
