The staff was rude and did nothing but make my situation worse specifically Brandi she lied to me wouldn't let my health come first they was under staffed and the freedom house was a joke they had 21 clients and access to 2 fridges that they had no regulation as to limit each person limited space

Aaron Laine & the DeCoach program they have built is amazing. Pretty sure they saved my friends life. They were super attentive & urgent in their response to my friend who was desperately seeking help. They talked to my friend almost immediately within my calling them. They spoke to my friend over the phone & within a few hours they came to the hotel where my friend was staying, assessed him based off what he said his goals & needs are. This is truly a person centered program that meets the person where they are. They helped my friend get to the hospital to safely detox, stayed in communication with him during his hospitalization & several days later DeCoach staff transported them to a wonderful 6 month inpatient sober house that offers daily meetings and therapy. I really can’t say enough & my buddy has raved about how well the staff are treating him. He feels like he’s being cared for & respected. He says they’re helping him address ALL his needs, including their sobriety goals but also therapy, medical health concerns & possibly education, employment, housing, & ongoing therapeutic & sobriety support when they complete the inpatient process. Truly a life saving & life changing program.

Some challenges that arise when getting someone connected to treatment is finding options with accessibility, communication, and genuine empathy. Working with Aaron Lane at DeCoach has saved lives because he is accessible, they communicate, and they provide empathy when working with an individual and their family. I appreciate the treatment they provide and the team meme here they have on board to battle addiction.
