Tina at TimberCreek is an invaluable resource the community has. I went through a job loss and lease renewal all at the same time after COVID. Tina was there to comfort find the right resources no one even knew about. Its takes years to establish connections like she has. It can't be taught or learned. My family and I have lived here since August and we absolutely love it! Maintenance is super fast, super nice and knowledgeable. Tina and Sarah in the office are sweet, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable as well. I love the convenience of online payment as well as maintenance requests. We’re very much loving our new home and community.

Timber Creek is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $200 non-refundable pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. 2 bedrooms are apartment building 4 units inside each building rent is 795 and they are gorgeous and huge! And no rent isnt adjusted
Yes Timber Creek Does Accept Housing Vouchers as Long as they Meet us at our rental rate.
I pay $970 for a 3 bdrm, plus my water, sewage, and renters insurance. All together it's about $1030/month.

At Timber Creek, residents are guaranteed 2 parking spots within the length of their building and we have designated parking areas for guests.
Residents of Timber Creek can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
