This company is the reason me and my wife will NOT ever invest in Muncie again. Recently we had a tenant move out and Muncie sanitary district made us pay there bill. This is the only city that does this to us. So as we are buying houses in Anderson Indiana that's where we will be investing for good.

The lady ( let’s just call her Jackie) for naming purposes tried to blame losing the paper copy billing invoice on the usps, but I don’t think she ever considered that it might have flown out when the crate was handed over to usps she made it sound like it was their fault and did not at all take any responsibility for her and her company’s share of the problem. If you still do paper copy WATCH who you get on the other end of the phone line I know they’re “ just doing their job” but no need to play victim and be RUDE!!!!! About it. Plus major major deflection going on here. Would not recommend.

I called them in January and told them I was not getting my bill so they took off the penalty and I paid my bill and signed up for auto pay. Three months later I get a delinquent notice but no invoice in the middle. They told me I have an email on file but I am not signed up for paperless billing. Mia who is the supervisor is very bad at customer service and rude she told me to talk to the postal service about not receiving the bills. How do we know that they are sending the bill or not. They charged me a $142.01 in penalty when I have always paid my bill on time. They don’t care for customers they just want money. I read reviews about other people encountered same issue.

They are not the best at answering the phone or returning calls. Finally spoke to Mia told and she was helpful. 1-26-22 Mary Ann was nice! Needed a trash can since mine was stolen and she helped me out very quickly!
