I don't believe that Menards carry that particular brand of pool filter sand but they do carry a pool filter sand. It's called All - Star Pool filter sand.

The key cutting is at the hardware desk . I forget the aisle number, but it is just off the main cross aisle near the front of the store across from the hand tools. Edit: oops. My answer was where it is at Lowe's. It's less prominent at Menards. Ask at the service desk by the entrance.
