Deplorable! Do not stay here. There was so much dog urine on the rugs that it hit you when you walked into the room. The hallway carpets were heavily stained and nasty. There were stains on the bedspreads, coffee spilled down the wall, wallpaper peeling, black mold on the tiles in the shower and both waste bins in the room were heavily soiled with sticky spills and old food in the bottom. The manager was nice and apologized, said he had difficulty finding staff but did not offer to fix anything. I tried to get a different hotel but was unable so I was forced to stay here. Apology or not, it is not acceptable to rent rooms in this condition.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am a travel nurse who works nights was put in a room and then they had construction right next to me = no sleep so got moved to another room and woke up to a tick crawling on my arm 🤢complained to the owner / manager and he did not want to refund me even though I had only been in that room for a few hours! Huge dumpsters out back that look like they had people living there and went and just cleared out all belongings in the rooms. Very dirty and dingy and run down! Save yourself time and money and headaches and keep driving! STAY AWAY if you like clean environments!!!!!

Positive: We liked everything. Room was fine, free breakfast, friendly staff. I accidentally left my credit card at the desk. The desk clerk tried to knock on our door but we were out to dinner. He had it for us when we came back. We would come back. Thank you! Negative: The ice bucket was filled with water from a previous use. It needed a new plastic bag. The TV remote didn't match the TV. Power button wouldn't work. Had to power on/off TV with TV power button. The volume and channel buttons on the remote worked.

I stay here every year for the Thunder in the Valley motorcycle event and have always been satisfied. This was the best year yet as the hotel is under new management and it is being refreshed. My room was right around the corner from the front desk and was clean and smelled fresh. No complaints.
