My room was immaculate, clean and fully stocked with amenities , only thing missing were tea bags; just coffee pods were available (but no biggie). Kudos especially to the staff, Rebecca who literally secured the last room in the hotel for me at 1030 pm via the phone, and Richard who took his time at midnight to help me with mapping an alternate route to work around the turnpike construction that had cost me two extra hours of driving earlier that day. Fairfield needs to clone these two for their other properties so I can stay in and enjoy the rest of my journey. Having a free hot breakfast to wake up to is also a perk!

Very impressed! We won a certificate for a night's stay and I am so glad we did. We travel a lot & this hotel is now one of our top favorites. Friendly & kind staff! Clean & comfortable rooms! Amazing breakfast! Relaxing pool area & we loved the patio! If staying in Somerset make this hotel your first choice, you won't be disappointed.

Would have been 5 stars, but misleading listing: they DO NOT have EV charging. It’s 2 long blocks away, and for Teslas only. I was able to use 120 v. for my plug-in hybrid. This would be too slow fir a real EV. Also, the smoke alarm has 2 flashing lights at 20-80 second irregular intervals which were like bright strobes at 3 AM. Nice desk staff suggested bandaids over them, but it is inexcusable to have such obnoxious alarms in every room!

Bed bugs. It looks nice on the outside but after sleeping in the bed for under 3 hours I woke up with severe bedbug bites all over my face and arms. I have a extreme allergy to bed bugs resulting in my medication. Immediately left and will never stay again please be advised before you make the same mistake. The also where on my clothes after my journey home despite changing meaning they are in the carpets of the hotel infested. Traveling home several hours away and finding a bug on my clothes led to me hiring a expensive exterminator to be safe. Do not book .
