Quiet and accommodating. We stayed for close to two weeks over the Christmas holidays. The hotel was quiet and met our needs at a savings. John, the manager, was great to us. Thank you.

Save yourself the trouble and do not bother with this place. I have been a lot of hotels under the Best Western brand and this place should not have BW association. Period. BW should honestly be ashamed to have the BW brand stamped on this property. Chose this place because we needed somewhere close to 7springs for the winter that was relatively budget friendly and dog friendly. Did not expect the Ritz or even the Hilton or anything but we did expect general cleanliness-- to include clean sheets and towels!!! The overall property has been let go. The stairs and corridors are not well maintained and nothing imoressive ok. Whayever. However, the room was just not cleaned well. The sheets (white) where stained and you can see this. It was just on one bed but both and it was glaring stains. Okay cool ask for new sheets but the blankets they gave wasnt even the same as those on the bed. Questionable. Also the bedding was weird The had two flat sheets... no fitted sheets. The blabket portion and the cover. Why is there a flat sheet for the fitted? No towels in the bathroom. There was one hung up. Clearly used. We asked for towels they gave us 2 only and they werent even folded. What!? Questionable if they even washed those. Carpet had a lot of stains which can be forgivable if the carper also didnt dirty your feet/socks. My kid wasked around some without her slippers and her feet were black within minutes. Really gross. This place is just a no go. I cancelled all of my reservations for the rest of the winter. Never again. We tried out the Days Inn-- similiarly priced and they bave clean sheets and towels. Rooms are smaller but at least it is cleaned!!!!

look under the bedsheets, when u walked in , did this looked like a hotel that u pay for? U shouldn’t have to clean or bring your own sheets! If u are doing weekly rates be careful. He will bait u in and say buy three get a day free! He later charges you anyway!! I could have stayed at the economy inn for the same price. Hallway was usually cluttered,smelly, and dirty! No one is taking responsible for this hotel but i will take a whole week off just to stand out front and let everyone know what scammers they are!! Been 3 weeks and i still haven’t received my refund of $95!!!! Unbelievable!! I’m contacting a lawyer, I have all receipts! I will be seeing u soon Mr. Con man!! Would prefer 0 stars !
