Using the through AAA. we have already been awaiting 3 hours. They just called and told us another 20-30 minutes. We are stuck in the side of the road and it's will be almost a 4 hour wait when they make it here. Please do better Northwest

I was rear ended and taken to the hospital. They towed my truck and had it less then 24hrs and it costed me $300 to get it back. 2 miles from pickup to towing lot. Why do I have to pay so much when the city pays you for the services also? Seems like a scam and price hikes. My truck was fine and I drove it right off the lot. I will be asking for a different company if it ever happens again.

It likely wasn't up to the towing company. They're really just a third party contracted out to do a job. Your best bet would be to call whomever requested the tow and see what can be worked out with them. As far as the towing company, their rates are predetermined and I don't know if they're able to make exceptions. You'd have to speak to one of their customer service members.
I don't think so, but most dealerships will if you call them first and ask.

I am not 100% sure they are a locksmith. I have used them for towing services & they were great. Best of luck.
