This is a complaint about the company, not this store. There is now a $2.50 fee for anything done behind the counter that’s less than $50. When I asked what for, the employees didn’t know. This seems ridiculous, especially for small jobs. You are already paying for the product (paper, etc) and the employees get paid for their services. I had a book spiral bound. The cost was ~$5.50 before they added $2.50 so I had to pay almost 50 percent more. This seems like FedEx is charging this additional cost because everything has gone up in price and people have stopped asking about the rise in cost. What is it for?

I was looking for an expedited passport service to facilitate my passport renewal...when you Google "expedited passport service", several RushMyPassport locations pop up...these are FedEx Office Centers...I packed up my documents and drove over the closest location but when I I asked the young lady about it, she seemed a bit lost...so I called the next closest location, FedEx Office in Fairborn...within 2 minutes, Jake filled me in on everything they did with passports, the process to secure such and that there was a location closer to me than the Fairborn office. JAKE! You're the man. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the professional manner in which you administered it!

I've gotten two print jobs done here and both looked great. The last print job I did was yesterday, and Jake made it easy and quick. He called me to make sure my online order was right (good thing he did, because it needed a correction) and it was ready in about an hour. Went to the store, and Jake was super friendly and helpful. What a great experience!
