Not reliable and rude. I paid in full to have a repair done and was clear I needed it done the following week. They ordered the part and said the repair would be done then. The following week they said the part would arrive later that week. Later that week they said the part would arrive early the follow week. After rudeness and double talk with them on the phone, I got my money back.

Jeovanny at The Repair Shop (TRS) was a true life saver. I had a laptop on which I was working on a very critical and time sensitive project for work. There was very sensitive information there...and then my laptop died on me. I was really in a very bad situation and felt I was without any immediate options (which is what I needed). Fortunately, I came across Jeovanny from TRS on my way home. He was able to immediately diagnose my laptop's issue, fix the situation and I was back on my way home with my laptop in a little over an hour. The best thing is that for such urgent and ASAP service, Jeovanny's fee was very reasonable in comparison to what the same service would have cost me at Apple...and he gave me same day, basically same hour service. On top of it, he is very friendly and provides great customer service. If you are in Queens, especially in the Forest Hills, Rego Park, Kew Gardens area and you are in a bind, do not hesitate to visit TRS. Jeovanny will take care of you. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had dropped my 2015 A1502 Macbook Pro and needed to fix or replace the screen. I called in to get a quoate and Jeovanni thoroughly walked me through the process of how the screen might be damaged, where to get a new replacement part, and the breakdown on the labor and service costs to do so. I had also checked in the area for quotes from other repair shops that were laughable at how overpriced it was. Everything was solid here. I actually ended up getting an additional audio/video repair because I damaged my laptop more than I thought. And for not much more. That took only about and extra 15 minutes. If you're looking to get an electronic device repaired for sure at least call them up and give a breakdown of what's wrong. You'll be in good hands.

Excellent customer service! I called and was seen at 4 pm for a broken screen repair and a problem with my son's speaker being muffled when he dropped it in ranch dressing. The repair took less than 10 mins. The tech cleaned the speaker at no cost. The price was fair and well worth having a caring tech do an amazing job. Call them, you won’t be disappointed. I will use them again!
