You can also just call them. If you let them know why you're dissatisfied you'll likely get hooked up with some free premium channels if you decide to get Spectrum Streaming for TV service. We have it and it's nice to still have TV access for movies not on other streaming services, local, national and global news
No one's usually open on Labor Day unless it's a retail chain trying to sell stuff or grocery store.
