We had a broken gutter that needed to be replaced after the recent storms. Perfection in every way! First contact was with Kim (owner of company) who scheduled appointment for inspection by Earl Bishop (president). Earl was precisely on time, very polite and efficient. Within a day I got estimate via email from Lisa (in the office). Work involved removal of 2 layers of old shingles, and the crew accomplished this massive task and cleanup quickly and carefully! Communication with Kim and Lisa in the office was very pleasant and efficient, as well as contact with Earl, who always provided reassurance regarding my questions, and professional information about materials and work-related details.
