Received a pony threader from these guys, barely functional. One of the dies had all of the teeth set in the wrong position. Another will not even begin to thread, and this is just today's problems.

This place was confusing. Would only go there if I absolutely had to. When the generator was picked up, the staff was cheerful and helpful. When the generator was dropped off, two staff members were inside sitting with their feet kicked up. They did not offer to assist or say a word for several minutes. One gentleman, barely stepped outside to ask if we needed a receipt. Bare minimum customer service. Probably won't be back.
