The customer service has utter disrespect to the users and only have a condescending tone... As a home owner, it is baffling to witness this disrespectful tone and less than ideal help from the customer service representative. If I have a question, I would like to understand why the issue is occurring on YOUR end and not get a response, "It is not my problem, I only work the billing side". How would I know who to contact if you are the POC...

I needed to pay a bill when out of state. I had none of my info. The staff was absolutely the best and enabled me to pay the bill in SECONDS!!!!
