Due got rude with me and told me he didn't care if I cancel my service with them bc I told him it's not right they want to charge already existing customers and arm and leg for a new phone but not a customer that has been with them for years. I seriously am considering going to a new company considering 3 metro reps can't fix my problem or sell me a cheap phone when they lied to me the first time.

Do not go to this location. One star is for this location. Metro is great. This location is bad. Bad customer service. Amber, who helped us, didn't explain the charges to us nor did she tell us anything about insurance. No customers were in the store when we got there. Took 2 hours to get our phones and transfer numbers. We told her several time that we wanted the 4 lines for $120. When she rang us up, the total was high for the phones and service. She blew me off saying that the extra charge was for insurance. She hadn't told us anything about insurance. Unfortunately I was trusting and had already paid. 3 more customers came in so she ignored me and started helping them. I waited but she just continued to ignore me. We ended up leaving cause we had another appointment. Checked our bill on-line at the website. Found out that she didn't even give us the right plan. She charged us $120 for 3 lines then $34 for a single line. And $40 for insurance we didn't want. She over charges over $70. Had to call Metro to clear up the mess. Metro was very nice and helpful. They refunded us the overcharge Do NOT go to this location. Go to any other location.
