What a joke this place is. Can't even send my ebt card to the right address then they have me send it to them and make me go out to willimantic to get it to keep finding out it's not there to call today and find out there own employee sent it to the wrong address so they have people working for them that don't even know where there working they are as incompetent as it gets my good lord this place is laughable I only gave them one star because none isn't an option. I'll just starve thanks alot.

Dan, go directly to the state office in willimantic if that's the area that you're living in. They can get you signed up for all that stuff right there that day and you will hear pretty quickly back

I went in person. And before I did that I was given the wrong number. And got the right one from the person there.
Their is a social security office inside the willimantic center where sherwin Williams n taco bell at.
You can just fill out the application for it.
