I would give NEGATIVE 10 stars if I could. STAY AWAY!!!! The worst experience I ever had. I made an appt and it still took two hours. Then they tell me they can't get the lug nut off. Well isn't that your job? They replaced my tires two years ago and said they weren't responsible. They don't honor their warranty and are completely incompetent and rude on top of all that. The mechanic Yelled at me and told me he wanted to go home. I guess cause it was 8:30 and it was time to close so to hell with me. Great customer service.

The worst customer service experience make me wait more than an hour just to purchase a battery and no even one of the workers care even the manager has attitude was very bad experience

i will never buy tire at costco again they will give you the best price but you are better off paying a little more at a local shop. i got a flat they could not fix it they told me they will have a replacement in 2 to 10 bus.days i had drive on my spare for two weeks the local shop would have it next day why a big store like costco take this long. no problem with the service people just the store

Bad exerience. Dont have time to rotate and balance as per contract. Dont answer phone. Dont buy here. Demand your membership fee be returned
