I would say no. Last time I was there I saw a guy in just a T-shirt.
No cut off sleeves for men is the only thing posted on their sign.
They don't take reservations
Reservation required, must wear mask when emergent and exiting. There was spaced seating between tables when we were there
Website says closed on Sundays
Not to my knowledge. However I'd call them to find out if gift certificates are available.
