Nobody seems to work the desk. Called 5 times and physically went 3 times to try and reserve a park shelter for a birthday party, only to be chastised by a mean old lady for not calling to reserve a shelter. Will go going to the next city council meeting to ask them to audit this facility. Seems like we are all paying for absolutely nothing.
