Plenty...of work to go around. Easy if you can do something light like small parts or nut welding, otherwise the "heavy lifting jobs" as they call them get the same pay. I'm leaving 4 years later from 2019. -Temp agency is FOR SURE not paying enough with no Healthcare or promise to be hired in. Use that at your own risk. -Never had this little people before, managers are working lines to make numbers. Cool to see they can do it all but I wish they had the time for what they need to do. -17.50 I didn't feel was worth constant 6 day work weeks 50-60hrs in a weld corner working on top of others due to lack of room. - The people are great("." For emphasis), but the policy and other business aspects are hurting them. -They're always hiring but they have a list of people they don't want to rehire.

Hi George: At that time we were utilizing staffing services from Staffmark and Adecco (they both used various secondary staffing services as well). Currently Focus Workforce Management is our staffing agency.
U get 60+hours a week
They're always hiring, mostly through temp services but sometimes they direct hire off the street. You'll have to call or stop by security.
Apply only at temp agency.

It's a Honda supplier,mostly robotic welding.We need loaders and welders.Through staffmark it start at 12 but they have been direct hiring quite a bit lately at 15.Try getting a application at security office.
I work there and they definitely dont let you go after 90 days. Their problem is they can't get good enough ough help. Which im sure is the issue at most places these days where there is an influx of lazy people that don't have a good work ethic.
