The food was excellent. However, the shift manager was very unprofessional. The whole time I was in the store, which was 20+ minutes later than I was quoted for a pick up time, he complained about his job and his managers.

Although I put 5 stars because it's my favorite pizza in the world, piqua store is better. For them in Troy to not have a packed house. They should be able to make perfect pizza. I had a delivery and it was nice cold. Reordered and went 6 miles to pick it up myself

We used to be really regular customers but it seems like the taste isn't quite there sometimes but we were there last night and they had to take the pizza back because it was poorly cut. As we were eating it I told my husband it was poorly cut because the crust isn't fully cooked and the flavor sucked but we were hungry so yes we ate it. We seen the guy that usually is there when we are there just coming to work so I told him. He said sorry about that and told the guy that was in charge and that guy said what was the problem so I repeated it and all that guy said was sorry. It might be long time before we go back.
