Hi Michael, it's great to hear you love your 1158 Grinder! We do not have attachments meant specifically for that model of grinder. We recommend our Manual Food Strainer (806) for making tomato sauce, it's not a grinder attachment but will do the job well.

Hi Chad, if we are interpreting this correctly: It seems you are stuffing with the grinder and still have the plate in knife in place. We suggest that when stuffing with a grinder, the grinding plate and knife be removed and the stuffing plate put in their place. No knife. Secrets to better stuffing with a grinder: -Cold meat -Cold head assembly -At least 1 oz water per pound of meat -Trickle the meat into the head, do not overfill the head, try not to use the stomper. Once you use the stomper you will have to continue to use it. We would also recommend purchasing a sausage stuffer, especially if you will making sausage more frequently.
