I'm reading all these bad reviews on how everything took so long.. that the company is so slow in doing the testing and or sending everything back.... testing came back quick and accurate thanks to u guys I have a happy excited daughter..

I don’t even know where to begin! Let’s start with first it took over 2 weeks just to get the results and then for them to tell us the paying customer that we can’t get the results until the child’s name was confirmed by the legal guardian. Spoke to 3 different agents and explained that he was the legal guardian and had rights. Then after sending in the drivers license and custody agreement. Was told by 2 other agents that everything looked good and the results would be release Friday before the COB! Guess what? It’s is not Monday and we all that just for them to turn around and say they still need to process the information! We can work the paper work out later at this point. We need to know the results that we paid over $300 dollars for!

Don't trust these guys. They will not do squat for you. Do not trust Wes McCullough. They only want some type of money. Will not call you back after 2 weeks worth of messages. You'll have to lie and say you'll make a payment to get a response. Look at all the other 1 star reviews.

It will tell you either the alleged father is excluded ( not the father) or not excluded (is the father) . 0% is excluded just fyi
That near by 1% of being very accurate on that. It is accurate
All 4 of each persons go in 1 envelope
actually that is a very good question unless the numbers above the barcode on each envelope is the reference number. I just took a closer look and all the numbers on each envelope, including the mailing one are all the same.
U need a code to get into the results. Specifically tailered to your samples. The test results come in a specific form. I mean i guess someone could alter the original document in a app or software . Id request to see the original results directly on the site . Vs a print off.
Didn't know they could actually do that normally it takes 4-6 weeks to get those results back.
You can also pay additional fee and have emailed also
DDC would not be able to do that, no.
Yes, you can.
Usually about 4 weeks if not 8 weeks depends.
You would have to call them and ask
Yes I had mine done 14 years ago and they was almost a 100% there accurate since it's 0% he is not the father sorry.
The results are real signed.
The tests are different prices so u pick the price u want and u can make payments arrangements and if u pay before the date u get a discount and pay off early I did that and I made 4 payments and I just tested 1 of my kids they are good I'm going to use them again.
DDC is the lab. They are based in Fairfield Ohio and they do have 3rd party labs that are hired through DDC to do the DNA collections all over the world. They also have Corporate partners that resell DDC test for themselves but the samples are tested through DDC's lab but serviced thru them directly due to HIPPA compliance.
When you register your kit pay it online you don't have to use the paper form it's better if you pay it online when you register your DNA kit some companies can take the money off your card without the CVS number
It takes about 3 weeks maybe a little longer
Ok but it's been 11or 12 days now and it's still not there
"DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" (Personal Experience) *COURT ORDER FOR ALL PARTIES TO BE TESTED *MOTHER STILL REFUSES.. *COURT WILL PUT A BENCH WARRENT OUT FOR HER ARREST *UNTIL GENETIC TESTING IS COMPLETED (WOUDLNT RECOMMEND)
Did they send u both test results or did u go throw different company??
Let me rephrase that, the father, me, and the baby took the dna test
Fernando if it was set up as a legal test you can request the chain of custody as long as you was a tested party. The chain of custody will provide the pictures taken at the collection site, the signatures of the tested parties. Otherwise with a non legal test was done where you collect samples yourself , unless you watched the collection and sealed and mailed yes people can collect other people's samples and send them in. Unfortunately with the in home test the lab is basing the results off what the person is stating on who is collected. Legal test will always benefit you the most.
Yes you will get an email with a link to view the results
You will have to call to set that up
Hi, Cheyenne. Thanks for your patience. Our phones are always busiest on Mondays and Fridays.
Call volume has been extremely high. Just hang in and someone will take your call average hold times are 20 to 35 mins. If your phone is disconnecting could be your phone company after so much time will disconnect. If you push a button so often may help with that.
Yes
What type of test did you purchase we do all types of testing. And if it was a inhome paternity test you collected the swabs so you should know if you sent in the correct swabs. Report will have mother if she tested child and alleged father. The test are accurate to whom DDC is being told we are testing. If you need a more detailed report or for legal purposes you need them pay for a legal test where you utilize a 3rd party to witness the collection and sign proper paperwork.
Hi, Judy. If it's a cheek-swab sample, it can stay good for up to six (6) months if you store the swabs in a paper envelope and in a cool, dry place.
I went on March 12th and had my results emailed to me by March 16th.
Hi, Marie! Only our legal, witnessed tests with court-admissible results include the name of the participants in a paternity test. We do not include names on at-home tests since the names of the participants cannot be independently verified. However, for at-home tests the roles in the test are spelled out on the report: child, alleged father, and mother (if she participated). If you have more questions, feel free to contact us.
@Sandra Cesario, it costs a lot more to do a prenatal test than it does to do a test after the baby's born.
It truly depends on if you want it to be able to be used in court if you need it sent to you sooner than normal and if you do it in a laboratory or you do the collection at home
You have to log in using the email address and password you gave to your caseworker.
Do not use this company for anything
Yes, because a male will have the "Y" chromosome, and a female will not.
