Nice place to spend the weekend. Friendly staff. Cabins are modest and appropriately priced. My family has had a blast every time we have been here.

The place is clean. The kids and adults alike had fun in the pool. We stayed in 2 different floor plan cabins. The managers (James and Alexa) were super nice and social. We will definitely be staying again.

We love this place! Started out reserving an RV spot for a weekend… Then we booked it for a week… Then booked for a month…. Then decided to stay another week! Lol it’s so hard to leave this place. We’ve caught so many large mouth and white Bass, fried them up right on the banks…The hosts are awesome, the views are beautiful! This is our new home away from home. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Alexa and James!

When I reserved our stay in a cabin I chose this site because the website said there was a basketball court, fishing dock, and kayaks. We decided on the cabin with the separate room even though it didn't have a kitchen it had a microwave we knew we could use, and was told the cabin had a lake view. On July 8th I called ahead (2 days prior to our stay) to verify everything was still available to use (ie. kayaks, basketball courts) and was told they were. When we arrived I asked how to rent the kayaks and was told the kayaks were "damaged" and unavailable. When we got in our cabin we did notice a fowl odor, we did attempt to spray Lysol and wipe objects (ie. door handles, and toilet seat) with Clorox wipes and noticed there was trash under one of the beds showing it had not been cleaned properly. We also noticed we did not have a "lake view" which we were told the cabin we reserved had, but instead it had a PARTIAL view due to RV's blocking the view. After unloading our belongings we decided to walk around to locate the fishing dock, only to find that 1) the water was at least 2-3 feet below the rock wall and very rocky, obviously not safe for children to swim in, and 2) the fishing dock was broken and partially under underwater. When we went to the office to ask about this situation and to see if they were possibly using another fishing dock they said "yea don't go on that dock and there is a small one by the boat ramp". We checked the small ramp by the boat dock, and it was very unsafe for children to be on and too narrow for 2 adults and a child. Despite these set backs we decided to go ahead and stay 1 night (due to it being too late in the day). The cabin was very hot, unsure if the window unit is working properly, and the fowl smell never went away. The next morning we were going to eat a microwavable breakfast meal only to find that the microwave does not work. When we booked the cabin we were not informed of the kayak or fishing dock situation, and again on Wednesday the 8th when I called to specifically verify that everything was operational and was told directly that everything was good. And to no surprise we were not given even a partial refund, and was told after sending this message to the owner that they always mention the kayak situation. Again I was NEVER informed. We had to seek out a day you site just to enjoy the lake, this place is a waste of money.

White are coming in with the south wind. Water depth varies around the property, 2ft to 10 ft.

If your staying in a cabin do you have to walk far to the lake? Is there a nice designated area of the lake that you can sit and relax in? According to the photos it looks like all the rv sites have the lake frontage? ANY feed back helps

Not a far walk, but no where to really sit and relax. A lot of the RV spots are full timers as well and have full outdoor set ups.

Trying to book a cabin for Memorial Day weekend. Sandra Saxon says her family stays here. I'd like to have one with a kitchen if possible. Cheryl
