Nice, clean and quiet RV park, but the 5 stars are for Danny Choate, the manager. Always nice, unfailingly helpful, genuinely concerned - this man is the ideal RV park manager. Danny, here's to you! Thanks a million!!

Clean, Friendly staff, and regulars at the park were extremely polite and friendly as well. AT&T works awesome at this park. Stayed here while son was in Stephenville for football. Wasn’t that far of a drive and it was well worth it! Highly recommend and we will be back!!!

Recently I was traveling from Cloudcroft, NM to Central Texas and found an RV park outside of Dublin, Texas. I had passed by it many times but not when I had my RV. It was just amazing! 80 percent of the residents are full time and that's what made it unique in my experience, that being that residents have a lot of "stuff" and usually are crowded spaces. The bathrooms were nice and clean, there was a really nice landscaped pool, and the management and people living there were so nice. On top of it all, it was less than $30. I don't remember the exact amount. Will stop there again in a heartbeat!
