I never hear back from the doctor or staff. Been waiting 9 days for MRI test results and still haven't heard a word, even after leaving messages. So incredibly disappointed. Dr. Lemberg was wonderful and I was hopeful his legacy of caring, professional and personable patient care would continue once he retired, but sadly it hasn't. I drive an hour for my appointments and have had these poorly explained to me, am asked to then set "return" appointments (that really could be done via phone) and now here we are and I'm still waiting on MRI results (guess I'm supposed to interpret those myself these days by Googling) and no word on refilling my prescriptions either, even though I've been super sick and am about to leave on a work trip. This care team obviously. has better things to do than get back with patients (and again, I've been waiting NINE days for a response...it's not like I'm writing a review 24 hours after submitting a question). I would recommend Christ Hospital or the Kettering Health Network and I'll be doing my research to select a new ENT practice, unfortunately. Just makes me sad after being a second generation patient and my kids third generation patients of this practice.

I have appointment at 2:45 and I’m waiting an hour inside without any examination. No one shows up and I out off room one of the nurse said Dr is coming but not for an hour again. Unorganized medical. Very poor management. They don’t have ideas of value of time.

Well, what can I say? Everyone there was friendly except for the doc. He came in and introduced himself and it went downhill from there. He didn't hardly look at me except when he had to examine my throat, etc. I tried to break the ice a couple times while in there by kidding around but he would not even crack a smile. I thought to myself oh wow. You know how you do sometimes when things seem tense. Well, I tried one more time but it was useless. So, I just shut up. I'll give him maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he had just given someone some bad news. If so, I understand. He could have at least tried to be a little more friendly. I was there to get some answers. He didn't find anything wrong (which was good news) so he explained it as old age. Anytime they can't find anything they use the excuse now "it's just old age". I can except that but not the way it happened....I went to bed one night just fine & woke up the next day & my voice was almost gone. Been almost 5 yrs now & still not right. I was only in my early sixties. I don't except "old age".
