One of the most horrible places I've ever been to. Over the years I've bought a lot of their products and have never had an issue it hasn't been until recently that everything seems to break, all the lighters torches and other flame type things never work or work a little bit and then stop working and you can spend a lot of money on a torch there. My most recent epic failure from there has been a torch that was maybe 30 $40, and by the time I brought it home it did not work. The guy that was working at the counter that day I had asked him if I would be able to return it if it didn't work and he said yes sure absolutely turns out you cannot return anything they do not do refunds! I have given them a lot of business over the years and I'm so upset that it ended like this and that I will have to be going to find another smoke shop.

I have made two purchases here, both of which were junk. I bought a herb grinder, and on day three the magnet fell out and one of the teeth broke. I purchased a 512 vaporizer pen for pre-filled cartridges, it broke. The turn knob at the base on the bottom of the pen comes out to leave the wires exposed, the top of the pen is crooked and actually came apart. Been using it for about a month with it coming apart. This guy does not sell quality. Everything here is cheap, and marked up. Even the cigarettes are not sold at State minimum and are more expensive. If you are just looking for rolling tobacco and tubes, great place. Stay away from everything else this guy has to offer.
