Seriously one of my best stops. Came in the night before very late at night, stayed on the street. 10 am appointment, reciever came out to my truck around 0730 knocked on side of truck, very politely asked when my appointment was and says come on back we'll get you in and unloaded. Guard was super polite and everyone I came into contact with, super polite. Such a great experience, definitely worthy of five stars. I was unloaded and out before my appoint time. Fantastic job Sugarcreek!!!!!

Had a delivery on a Sunday. Appointment was for 1300 hrs, arrived at 1200 and checked in with the guard shack on Beerman St. About 30 minutes later was backed into a door and it took about 2hrs to get unloaded. Best to come in on Oh49 and turn onto Hoover St. Then turn left at the High School (Elmhurst) and turn right onto Beerman. Park on the street and walk up to the guard shack and check in. They unload by appointments, but on rare occasions they may take you early if they're not too busy. Just remember, THAT'S ON RARE OCCASIONS.
