This place is very poorly maintained. We have been twice in the past year. Both experiences were ended in discussions of never going back because of how dirty the place is. The staff is courteous, if you can actually get them to recognize that you are there. They are better than chucky-e-cheese tho...

Great fun for the kids 😀

A great place for soft play area for a very reasonable cost. Probably recommended for kids upwards of 2 to gain full advantage of all of the play equipment but smaller ones can have fun too, just be careful of timing and volumes of larger kids (not the Venue's fault). Staff were friendly enough, and the amusements around the area we mostly working and reasonably clean and clear throughout. Did t see the party area but a group just finished off and saw plenty of happy faces.

No.
Depending on how many kids you cost for $20 that kids you can go in and spend about an hour and a half two hours and have a good time
Yes they are
They are open. the arcade is closed, but the mini golf course is open and so are the batting cages. Hope this helps
It's 5 dollars for kids, 2.5 dollars for toddlers for the soft play jungle gym and games vary from like 50cent to maybe 2dollars..... website has prices listed
Hi Patty, there is a Home2Suites right next door to us on Wilmington Pike and a Holiday Inn Express down the street, also on Wilmington Pike. We hope that helps!
The batting cages are still there, as well as the miniature golf course.
The cards are free
No ticket machines, points is stored on card
Putt putt was open last Sunday but btting cages were closed
My 20 month old had a blast in the soft play area but he needed a parent with him. So plan on having adults to go in with the kids. We were going to do his 2nd party there but decided to wait until he was big enough to go in on his own.
They have batting cages, put put, arcade games (win tickets for prizes), snacks. It is a fun environment for younger kids.
