I was treated very poorly by staff here. I asked for the manager. The lady told me she was the manager which I knew was not true since I had dealt with the manager before and had always had good things to say about him. My issue this time was not solved and I told them well I won't be back as long as you employee rude workers. Haven't been back in years now. I suggest anyone reading this stop shopping at gamestop. Move to all digital. I spent massive amounts of money here per year. The loss has been 100% theirs. The money I spend on my hobby is no longer being given to gamestop. The places I go now treat me politely and professionally. That is worth it's weight in gold. Don't let yourself get ripped off by these jokers anymore. Go somewhere else. Buy online. Let this dinosaur of a business of a company die off.
