I lived here years ago and the management was deplorable, rude, and inhuman. I just found out they raised the rent 500-1000 dollars!!! That should be against the law to take advantage of people like that. These kind of people are contributing to our growing homelessness and it is sickening!!

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED RAISING RENT SO HIGH DURING THIs TIME. THESE APARTMENTS 'LOOK' NICE BUT THEY ARE NOT. IT IS ALL RIGGED AND WILL BREAK EVENTUALLY. YOU HAVE 10000000 RIDICULOUS RULES TO FOLLOW AND IF THEY DECIDE THEY DON'T LIKE YOU THEY WILL TAKE IT OUT ON YOU WITH FINES AND THREATS . THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING. AND IF THEY DO IT IS SUBPAR WORK. MANAGEMENT IS FAKE AS FAKE CAN BE AND ONLY FRIENDLY TO THE ONES THEY LIKE. BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT AND YOUR RENT WILL RISE CONSTANTLY. THE WOMEN IN MANAGEMENT ARE AWFUL HUMANS!!! THEY ARE AWFUL AWFUL PEOPLE!!!!

Loving my time at the farm. Cameo Bauer whom I worked with was very helpful. I had many concerns and problems and she helped me through all of them. She was also very patient. She is an asset to The Farm Apartments. CMC properties should be glad to have her as an employee.
