this place is okay. but rent constantly going up is a joke especially if you have a 1 bedroom.

Going on our 3rd year of living here. The apartments are pretty big especially for the price. We have always loved the environment here. It’s peaceful and quiet. They keep the premises clean and are good about refilling the pet stations. Anytime we ever have maintenance requests, they usually come within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend.

No utilities are included. They have natural gas heat, but I haven't had a chance to see if gas is included. I've only lived there since April.
