Kam and Joslyn provided outstanding customer service! I searched and searched for a jewelry store that had the highest caliber of customer service, knowledge, and marvelous selection of designs and rarity of diamonds. All of which I found only at this Zales location. The other Zales store in this area all have terrible reviews and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. However, this Zales location is easily the highest rated Zales store in the Chicago area and for good reason! They all deserve pay raises for going above and beyond.
