Don’t waste your gas or time. Brought a suitcase and duffle bag and we gave them to them at 5:11pm. They “finished” our stuff at 5:14pm there is no way they could have gone through everything in 3 minutes. We went through everything and there were no stains or tears and the lady tried saying there was. When we check each item individually before packing them. I will NEVER be coming back here.

Went to drop off 3 bins of clothes today. The lady behind the desk refused to buy them claiming they were low staff and there’s already too many clothes in an incredibly rude and passive way. We sat in front of the parking lot and watched 3 other people drop off triple the amount we had. I don’t know the reason for this, but it was a waste of time and gas with no valid explanation.

I have found that the selection here is not particularly trendy, despite their claims of catering to the younger folks. It seems in the summer they have a lot of winter clothes, of the sort that my grandma would wear. But perhaps they're just trying to get rid of old stock? They also seem to cater more to the smaller sizes, but that could just be me. A lot of negative reviews are regarding the consignment process. I have sold clothes here a few times and I will say they have always been transparent with me about the process, they are very selective and usually only buy a couple of my items when I bring in a laundry basket of 20 items or so. They're pretty quick and efficient which I appreciate but definitely it's not an ideal process for someone who lives far away. In terms of service, the teens working here always seem exhausted, but willing to help; I wouldn't say rude. Retail is hard work, and I wouldn't be surprised if they work long hours for low pay.
