Nothing online or at the shop indicates that they aren't open, but their voicemail states they're only open by appointment. However, I got no response to my voicemail asking for an appointment, and the email address given in their voicemail cannot receive emails. So there seems to be no way to contact them, and therefore no way to use their services. Edit: Considering the passive aggressive response "I'm sorry you felt the need to leave a bad review" (???? people deserve to know the bad, that is the point of reviews), I would not recommend this jeweler.

Fugazzi Jewelers is the only place I go for any of my jewelry needs. Mark and Theresa (owers) are the best of the best people. I don't trust anyone else to do my jewelry. The are so Honest, fair prices and a total joy to be around them. Both are good with helping me with new designs. They have excellent taste!

I went in to buy myself a ring as a gift and Teresa had a few pieces already chosen that were gorgeous and unique. She also had that ring sized and another repaired, both came out gorgeous. I'm extremely excited by and love my beautiful vintage ring!
