Sherry Parker is the best customer service advisor! Their service is quick and they don't try to sell me on services I really don't need. They run my car through the car wash, but they don't vacuum or wipe down the interior or windows. That would be worth 5 stars.

Go early but you didnt make an appointment, I think they open either at 7 or 8 so be the first one there and you can get it done too soon
I dont know the price, but it does have to be programmed with a computer due to the immobilizer. The fob would need to be programmed as well. An appointment would be best for speed of service.
