Absolutely a great place. From the second you walk in, the desk persons made you feel very comfortable, and immediately at home....They both had a great sense of humor also...was here may 29-30th. Rooms very well designed, when you called down for something, they made sure you received what you asked for immediately...even at 6am😊😊😊😊

Nice hotel in unassuming location. I arrived late and left early, but staff was very nice and hospitable. Facilities were clean and modern, as was the room decor and overall presentation. The air conditioner is quite loud, as are some of the noises in the hallways at night, but the hotel is a solid escape from the traditional NYC location. Rooms did not feel small at all to me, and the bathrooms are great with separate shower and toilet partitioned areas.

Overall a great experience, staff is very warm and friendly. The atmosphere is classy and calm, and the hotel is very clean with plenty of amenities. If you have time the restaurant within has fantastic food and drinks. The shrimp and crab appetizers was epic. Didn't have the buffalo cauliflower but it looked awesome, will try next time! Located just outside the City it's perfect for a getaway without having to deal with inner city traffic and parking. Prices were reasonable as well. Highly recommend. 👌

This is honestly the coziest and warmest hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon checking in me and my partner were greeted by an amazing receptionist who was named Ryan that quickly checked us in and got us situated in our room. The ambiance and scenery is truly beautiful and the lobby is breathtaking. As soon as the double doors are opened there are beautiful Italian accented light fixtures with stunning sofas and love seats. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. They are so cozy and inviting that I honestly did not want to leave. My favorite part was the indoor restaurant and bar that they had. The food was amazing and so delicious. The Calamari Fritte by far stole my heart. Not only is the food so scrumptious but the drinks are to die for. I’ve always been a dirty martini type of guy and let me tell you they make Martinis like no other. When you visit as for Dawn and Anthony as they have amazing services at the restaurant and bar. They also have specials everyday of the week at the bar so that’s definitely something I was looking for every time I came downstairs to grab a drink. Once again this is definitely the spot you want to stay at if you are in West Nyack, New York and need a place to stay. I can’t wait to come back again with my partner for our next weekend getaway!
