Positive: The hotel was not accommodating, did not like the hotel and will not return. I rather pay a little more for a welcoming experience. Negative: The hotel was very low budget no amenities, just coffee no breakfast. The rooms were dated, cheap with supplying towels, toilet paper etc. hair in tub from previous guests and the staff was rude had family living in the room next door.

The hotel itself is well-constructed and maintained, with round-the-clock reception. Staff is untactful, though, with a receptionist answering my question about when the incidentals' authorization is released by saying that the funds are seized if I smoke in the room, which did not answer my question (especially since I do not smoke). Located in a less desirable neighborhood of Nyack. The amenity of the mini-fridge is appreciated, but the one in my room buzzed rather loudly at night, which was disturbing.
