I use to go to them a long long time ago and it was great then. However, my recent visit has turn my opinion around. Unfortunately, the cleanliness has went down, the nail tech was very aggressive AND did not do a great job AT ALL. I mentioned to the tech that I often get ingrown toe nails, unfortunately since I’ve been pregnant. None of the ingrown were removed, annnndddd days later my left toe was infected and needed to seek medical attention. Ewwwww will never ever go back.

I really like the work they do here. Tina was very precise with doing my acrylic nails and gel manicure. The only issue I have is that they do not use clean tools. They used that tool to get rid of my old gel and without cleaning it I saw her take it over and start working on the next person. Same with the scrub brushes for the pedicure. I had to ask them to use new files etc bcz someone else’s dead skin cells were still on the one she started using initially. She got a new one no problem but that’s not something you should need to ask, right?? Needless to say, I was very pleased with the end result. Very nice.

5 stars where? Very unprofessional. I told them I was a 1st time customer, they gave me to some old guy that came from outside, did not wash his hands. They didn't ask me to wash my hands knowing I was getting SNS which you have to dip your fingers into the powder. All the tools used were dirty and clearly just used. The brush he used to brush my fingers off, he used to brush off his desk. As you can see from the pictures my cuticles and under my nails were not touched! I paid $40 for service that was $12 at best! Oh, I came in asking for a mani/pedi and when my nails were done, I was told to go to the pedicure stations and I declined. No one cared to even ask why I was declining a service. I work for a large company will not recommend. Tired of poor services with high price tags!!

Been going here for a while now I’m EXTREMELY picky with my nails and haven’t found any one better then LOKI!! He always takes his time and does exactly what I ask for and more I leave happy every time & im always getting compliments on his work. I haven’t found any one better then him in the past 15 years that does my nails specifically how I ask.10/10 recommend him!! The salon is extremely clean everyones super friendly & prices are always fair for their services.
