Wife was seen the night before and was given antibiotics but she had an allergic reaction too it. Called today to get it switched but they want to charge another copay. You guys have her file to know what she's allergic too so why prescribe what you did. Just a money hungry company.

I would prefer to not give them ANY stars. This entire medical organization is a joke. Urgent care doesn't close till 9PM but won't take anyone who comes in at 7PM who is seeking medical attention. Not to mention their telephone appointments where you have to be available 30 mins before the appointment and 30 mins after the appointment, based off their schedule. When working in corrections, your cell phone can't go into the workplace nor can personal calls be made on the work phone during work hours. What happens when the Dr. calls 30 mins after your scheduled appointment time? Now you are returning back to work 20 mins late from your 1 hour lunch because you had to be available 30 mins before your scheduled appointment time? I will be calling my insurance company and demanding a change in medical facilities. If they choose not to work with me, it's PERFECT timing as it is open enrollment. I NEVER had these type of issues when I was with Kaiser.

The nurse and doctor were friendly with my son. They tried to help and get us out quickly since he wasn't feeling well. I was there less than 30 minutes.

Cam arena is a joke in Madera. They are all POS! I have lived in Madera for almost 4 years and have multiple bad experiences. They are a third rate provider. What a joke!!! I hope the people making millions are very comfortable while people who need their services suffer.
