Would not recommend. They are so strict. Kids can't play outside. Can't play in the grass. Can't ride bikes. Skates, hoverboards. Can't do anything. There's a list of things, I can go on and on. They don't fix anything that's damaged and they want to keep raising rent. We've been here for years and can't wait to move. If you have kids or grandkids, nieces, or nephews do not move here!

Muffin love

very calm and neighborhood friendly. Lots of trees and shade that during the summer it’s not hot, very fresh with the big trees. Only down side is that they started to trim them down, which makes it less attractive and no shade for summer for parked cars and having kids get into a hot car during the summer. But overall very calm neighborhood and clean.

Not too bad of a complex. Only complaints are to trim the trees and do something about the dumpster divers.
